Bithead rigged up a line following robot for the annual Robot Club for his kid's elementary school. Yes you heard it right elementary school students playing around with sensors, microcontrollers, LEDs and all the cool stuff - kids these days..they are pretty smart.
The line bot takes advantage of the features and libraries for Arduino Uno to reduce the complexity. It uses the Ardumoto Shield for the motor drivers. The chassis is made from the Magician's Chassis from sparkfun while the line is sensed using the sparkfun analog line sensor.
Are you smarter than a 5th grader? Try to build one from scratch and lets race!
